Located in the seaside village of Stavromenos, about 13 km east of Rethymno, is our Argiris Villa, our second largest and perhaps most exclusive. The premium location guarantees full privacy while it also allows for exceptional scenics even from the living room windows, making this Villa the ultimate holiday safe haven. Watch incredible sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the open plan living room, while you can completely unwind around the pool, taking in the sea horizon before you.
Rose bushes complete the picture of perfection surrounding Argiris Villa, with a fantastic outdoor area split across two levels, one of which boasts a sunlit swimming pool, and the other a shaded, pergola that houses a grill BBQ and wood-fired oven where guests can enjoy leisurely moments around a large dining table. Indoors, the Villa is partly designed in stone and is lavished with some interesting pieces of decor that are nicely blended into the walls.

Stavromenosi, Rethymno
We have just returned from from a fantastic 11 days in this beautiful villa. 7 adults staying we found it to be spacious and comfortable.
Argyris was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming on arrival nothing was too much trouble. He was easily contactable and responded to any queries quickly.
The addition of the air conditioning was an unexpected but very welcome treat.
Well equipped with indoor and outdoor cooking space it made catering easy and was so nice to sit outside and enjoy a meal with the beautiful views across the sea.
The pool space and outdoor terrace was fantastic, comfortable loungers and parosols provided with additional shaded and covered areas if you wanted to avoid the heat of the sun.

The Villa is simply superb - close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants yet feels totally secluded. Olive groves and trees on one side, working gardens on the other. Stunning views from BBQ area across the sea. The outdoor pool area is resort like with plenty of deck lounges and large umbrellas. Bedrooms are spacious each with ensuite and private balcony (we had to get used to the tiny shower cubicles).
All in all an absolutely fabulous luxury holiday home.
Absolutely beautiful property! A perfect combination of accessibility to the town of Rethymno/beach areas but also felt remote and private. Lots of space for a big family.
Conforme aux photos, maison, jardin, terrasses et piscine sont très agréables, la maison est climatisée. Nous avons pu découvrir toute la partie ouest de la crête a partir de cet emplacement. Argyris est un hôte attentif et réactif. Le menage a été fait 2 fois pendant nos 2 semaines de séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay in Argyris. The house met all our expectations, four bedrooms with private bathrooms, the surroundings of the house in an olive grove away from the buildings allowed for privacy and even a little louder music without disturbing others. In the house, all the necessary amenities, the kitchen was very well equipped, towels were changed. In a word, everything was great
Argyris was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful with local suggestions, directions. We initially had trouble finding the villa and he came to meet us to help us in. We also had an issue with a stiff door and he came and sorted it for us whilst we were out. The villa is comfortable, large and with excellent views of the sunset/beach. Highly reccomend. The house was exactly as described. Very spacious for our 2 families. Location was better than expected with fast access to main road. Would stay longer next time. Pool was fantastic
We had a brilliant 10 day holiday, 6 adults and 2 children. Host extremely friendly and helpful, even when we arrived late he arranged a meal for us at a local restaurant. The villa was cleaned twice during our stay with fresh towels and bedding, which was a real treat. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a great pool, loungers, towels, umbrellas and a great bbq terrace.
The beds are really comfortable, rooms spacious, each with own balcony. The living area is generous with plenty of seating.
We really enjoyed our stay, a perfect place for a perfect family reunion!
